Description:
TripleONE is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join its operations in Abu Dhabi. This full-time opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in supervising heavy vehicle workshops and ensuring the efficient maintenance of trucks, heavy machinery, and waste management equipment.
The successful candidate will oversee workshop activities, lead technical teams, and ensure maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards. Candidates with relevant supervisory experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise the daily operations of the heavy vehicle workshop.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of trucks, waste management equipment, and heavy machinery.
• Lead and coordinate workshop technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of repair work.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure workshop tools, equipment, and resources are properly managed.
• Prepare reports and communicate workshop progress with management.
Requirements:
• Experience supervising heavy vehicle workshops.
• Hands-on experience maintaining trucks, waste management equipment, or heavy machinery.
