Description:
China Railway Construction Corporation International (CRCCI) is seeking experienced professionals to join its ongoing Diriyah Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company is looking for highly skilled candidates with strong technical expertise and proven experience in construction, MEP, and engineering projects.
The available positions include Document Controller, Mechanical Engineer – HVAC, Design Engineer, MEP BIM Modeler, and Electrical Planning Engineer – MEP. Selected candidates will support project execution through technical coordination, documentation management, design review, BIM modeling, and project planning activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate project documents, submissions, and records.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate MEP/HVAC designs and technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain Electrical BIM models using Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress, and planning activities using Primavera P6.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.
• Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues during project execution.
• Support smooth project delivery through effective engineering and coordination activities.
Requirements:
• Strong technical background in MEP and construction projects.
• Proven experience working on residential and commercial building projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• MEP/HVAC design and coordination.
• BIM modeling using Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Electrical planning and engineering activities.
• Primavera P6 project scheduling.
• Technical documentation and project submissions.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
