Description:
Kayan AlUla General Contracting is seeking a dedicated Housing Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of its workers’ accommodation in Riyadh. This position is ideal for an experienced professional who can maintain a safe, organized, and well-managed residential environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising accommodation facilities, coordinating housing assignments, maintaining accurate occupancy records, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This role requires permanent residence at the accommodation and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the workers’ accommodation, ensuring cleanliness, order, and security.
• Allocate accommodation rooms to residents and update occupancy records on a daily basis.
• Record resident check-ins and check-outs while enforcing housing policies and regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure compliance with safety and civil defense requirements.
• Supervise housing staff and monitor the quality of accommodation services.
• Prepare accurate daily and monthly operational reports.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing workers’ accommodation or facility operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Willingness to reside permanently at the accommodation.
