Description:
Infinity Realty is looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join its team at Dubai Investments Park, Dubai. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and can effectively manage the end-to-end hiring process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates while coordinating interviews and supporting recruitment activities. Candidates currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for available job vacancies.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Communicate with applicants and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Support HR activities while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in identifying suitable recruitment channels to attract quality talent.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in HR and recruitment, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience coordinating interviews and managing recruitment activities.
• Must currently be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
