Description:
CMS Printing Press LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join its operations team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive industrial maintenance experience and a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring maximum machine reliability, and leading maintenance technicians. Experience in the printing or packaging industry will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, PLC, and VFD-related issues.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• 8–10 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
• Strong hands-on expertise in mechanical, electrical, PLC, and VFD troubleshooting.
• Experience supervising technicians and managing maintenance operations.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
