Description:
Joint Space Polyclinic is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the business and operational development of its multidisciplinary clinic in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai. This role is ideal for a healthcare management professional who can balance strategic planning with daily operational excellence.
The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO, practitioners, and wider team to improve clinic operations, manage business performance, and enhance the overall patient and team experience. Candidates with UAE healthcare management experience and knowledge of DHA requirements are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall business and operational management of the clinic.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic performance and operational efficiency.
• Manage budgets, financial planning, and operational resources.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including DHA requirements.
