A leading organization in Dubai is seeking an experienced Coordinator – International Operations to support its international business activities. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong office management and coordination experience who thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
The selected candidate will coordinate international operations by managing documentation, preparing reports, tracking budgets, communicating with stakeholders, supporting agency management, and assisting with the successful execution of regional initiatives. Candidates with experience in the Travel & Tourism industry will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate documentation, reporting, and daily international operations.
• Support agency management and monitor regional operational activities.
• Track budgets and prepare operational reports and presentations.
• Communicate with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and executing regional projects and initiatives.
• Maintain organized records while ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Office Management experience.
• Experience within the Travel & Tourism industry is highly preferred.
• Hospitality industry experience will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with international teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of:
