Description:

A high-level opportunity is available for an exceptionally strong and experienced Personal Assistant to support a returning client based in Dubai, with frequent international travel requirements. This role involves managing a complex and fast-paced lifestyle, including global travel coordination and high-level administrative support.

The ideal candidate will lead a small international support team while handling demanding schedules across multiple time zones. This position requires resilience, confidence, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion.

This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role that demands full flexibility and active involvement in both personal and professional aspects of the principal’s life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a small international PA and support team.

• Manage complex global travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.

• Liaise with security teams, suppliers, and household staff.

• Handle last-minute schedule changes and resolve issues under pressure.

• Maintain detailed schedules, preferences, and operational documentation.

• Oversee daily lifestyle and administrative support requirements.

• Ensure seamless communication across multiple time zones.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience supporting UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) principals.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Confident communicator with a professional presence.

• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
