JOB Description:-

  • Reach out to leads generated through various marketing channels, both on-site and off-site, and assess their suitability.
  • Arrange and conduct on-site visits and site inspections to introduce home automation solutions to potential clients.
  • Create proposals and follow up with prospective clients until successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure effective project completion while maximizing customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Proactively seek out and find new leads through targeted outreach and market research, employing strategic approaches to foster relationships with potential clients. Aim to expand our network and elevate the organization’s market presence by cultivating these opportunities for business growth.
  • Strictly meet the sales targets outlined in the sales plan, as measured by Management’s KPIs.
  • Maintain active engagement and foster positive relationships with new leads and existing customers through innovative follow-up communications aimed at sustaining and enhancing customer interest.
  • Provide feedback on solutions in the market and gather insights from customers.
  • Cultivate trust between the company and clients by highlighting our after-sale services in coordination with the customer concerns team.
  • Promote and raise awareness about smart home solutions, utilizing effective presentation and persuasion skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in home automation sales in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated business development skills and a proven track record.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Possession of a valid UAE driving license.
  • Strong demonstrative and persuasive skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to follow-up.
