TRIO CAFE is seeking an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor to oversee daily café operations and support the continued growth of its team. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who have a strong background in specialty coffee or café environments and are passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring service quality, and maintaining high operational standards across the café. The role also involves leading and training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-end operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily café and F&B operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Supervise, train, and support café staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Manage inventory control, stock ordering, and supply monitoring.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards in line with company policies.
• Monitor daily sales, operations performance, and service quality.
• Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house teams for efficient workflow.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
• Support management in improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• 5–6 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong experience in café or specialty coffee operations preferred.
