Plan B Advertising is seeking a talented and creative 3D Designer to join its team on a full-time basis in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for design professionals with proven experience in developing engaging mall activations, event layouts, and immersive consumer experiences for large-scale campaigns and promotional events.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and practical 3D design concepts for shopping mall activations, seasonal campaigns, and themed installations. Projects may include festive and cultural campaigns such as Christmas, Halloween, Diwali, Ramadan, and other experiential marketing initiatives designed to enhance visitor engagement.
This role extends beyond the design of pop-up stands and requires expertise in conceptualizing complete mall activation environments, event setups, decorative installations, presentation visuals, and interactive brand experiences. Candidates with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant mall activation projects will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative and functional 3D layout concepts for mall activations and events
• Design thematic installations, décor concepts, and experiential marketing environments
• Create high-quality 3D renders, visualizations, and presentation materials
• Design full-scale activation layouts for seasonal and cultural campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging consumer experiences
• Translate creative concepts into practical event and activation designs
• Prepare project presentations and visual materials for client review and approval
• Ensure designs meet project objectives, brand requirements, and venue specifications
Requirements:
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Available to work in a full-time position
• Strong experience in mall activations and event layout design
• Proven ability to create professional 3D renders and presentation visuals
• Experience designing thematic and seasonal campaigns is preferred
• Strong creative thinking and concept development skills
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant mall activation and event design work
• Strong knowledge of:
