The position involves handling documentation, supporting claims adjusters, managing records, and ensuring accurate data entry within the claims management system. Key Responsibilities:

• Annotate incoming mail and medical bills

• Download, organize, and maintain claims documents for adjusters

• Assist claims adjusters and supervisors with voicemail follow-ups

• Set up and enter new claims into the claims management system

• Update and review claim notes, diaries, and records as instructed

• Process payments and related documentation

• Prepare, review, and send letters, reports, and forms

• Handle inbound and outbound telephone communication

• Provide customer service support when required

• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 6 months of clerical or customer service experience preferred
