Description:
Al Habtoor Motors is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Meet & Greet Receptionist to join its automotive showroom team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and creating positive first impressions in a fast-paced and service-oriented environment.
As the first point of contact for showroom visitors, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The position involves welcoming guests, managing inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and various showroom departments.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor. Previous experience in reception or customer service roles is preferred, while experience within the automotive industry will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, professional, and courteous approach.
• Manage incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate Sales Consultant or relevant department.
• Coordinate customer appointments and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Ensure customers have a comfortable and pleasant showroom experience.
• Assist with administrative and front-desk duties as required.
• Maintain a professional reception area and support daily showroom operations.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company’s brand image.
