Description:
A manpower supply company based in Ajman is currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join its team on a full-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with prior UAE accounting experience who are looking to work in a fast-paced business environment and contribute to the organization’s financial operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, processing financial transactions, preparing reconciliations, and supporting VAT-related documentation. Candidates with experience in manpower supply, contracting, or service-oriented businesses will have an added advantage.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines. The selected candidate must be willing to work a six-day schedule in Ajman and communicate professionally in both English and Hindi or Urdu.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries
• Prepare and review account reconciliations
• Process daily accounting transactions and financial documentation
• Support VAT-related record keeping and compliance requirements
• Monitor financial data for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
• Utilize accounting software and MS Excel for financial management tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Meet reporting deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Requirements:
• Prior accounting experience in the UAE is mandatory
• Experience in manpower supply, contracting, or service-related businesses is an advantage
• Good knowledge of accounting entries and financial record management
• Experience with account reconciliations and financial reporting
• Familiarity with VAT-related documentation and compliance processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines
• Must be able to communicate in English and Hindi or Urdu
• Willingness to work in Ajman on a six-day work schedule
