Description:
Jadan Landscaping L.L.C., a well-established landscaping and contracting company in Dubai, is looking to hire a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with UAE experience in civil construction and landscaping projects who are eager to contribute to successful project execution.
The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure that all civil works are completed according to approved specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate civil works for landscaping and contracting projects.
• Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.
• Oversee hardscape works, paving, kerbs, concrete works, blockwork, and other civil construction activities.
• Review construction drawings, technical details, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, and site resources.
• Conduct regular site inspections while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Prepare site progress reports, work measurements, and project documentation.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, material estimation, and cost control.
• Resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize project delays.
• Ensure timely execution and successful completion of assigned project activities.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in civil construction, landscaping, or contracting projects.
• Good understanding of civil works, hardscape construction, and site execution.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Experience in site supervision, quantity measurements, and material estimation.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
