Description:
Finsync Accountants & Consultants is looking for a skilled and proactive Senior Accountant to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting operations for multiple clients while ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely completion of accounting activities.
This role is suitable for an experienced accounting professional who can work independently, handle complex accounting tasks, and provide valuable financial insights. Candidates with experience in accounting, audit, or consultancy firms and exposure to managing multiple businesses will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complete bookkeeping and accounting activities for multiple clients.
• Prepare financial statements, including Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheets, and financial reports.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Manage UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, including preparation and filing requirements.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Analyze financial information and provide reporting support to clients.
• Ensure accounting records are maintained according to applicable standards and requirements.
• Support clients with financial insights and accounting-related recommendations.
Requirements:
• 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar platforms.
• Excellent Excel skills with strong analytical abilities.
• Good communication and client management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.
• Experience working in accounting firms, audit firms, or consultancy environments is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE accounting practices, VAT, and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Financial reporting, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations.
• Accounting software, Excel, and client financial management.
