Description:
BIMlord is seeking talented and experienced BIM Architects to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is suitable for architectural BIM professionals with strong technical skills and experience in BIM modeling, architectural documentation, and digital design workflows.
The successful candidate will contribute to BIM projects by creating and managing architectural models, ensuring model quality, and supporting coordination activities. Professionals based inside or outside the UAE are welcome to apply, with immediate joiners and candidates with short notice periods encouraged to submit their applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Revit Architecture.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, documentation, and design deliverables.
• Support BIM coordination activities and ensure model accuracy and quality.
• Review project requirements and maintain compliance with BIM standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver efficient design solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and project processes.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in BIM and architectural projects.
• Strong experience with Revit Architecture and BIM modeling.
• Good knowledge of architectural drawings, detailing, and documentation.
• Understanding of BIM coordination and model quality control.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude and willingness to grow professionally.
• Candidates inside UAE available for immediate joining are encouraged to apply.
