Description:

Misdaqia Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with strong operational and administrative experience who are looking to contribute to a dynamic and expanding technology-driven organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, and ensuring smooth execution of HR processes. Candidates must possess prior UAE HR Operations experience and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational abilities.

As part of the company’s continued growth and expansion, the HR Operations Executive will contribute to building efficient HR practices while supporting employees and management across various operational functions. Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Update and manage HR databases and personnel files

• Coordinate travel arrangements and booking requirements

• Assist with visa processing and related administrative activities

• Support daily HR operational functions and administrative tasks

• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

• Coordinate with internal departments regarding employee requirements

• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of HR Operations or HR Administration experience

• Prior UAE HR Operations experience is mandatory

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Ability to maintain confidential employee information

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in handling HR records and documentation

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
