Key Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate client and operational data in company systems.
• Electronically file documents and maintain organized digital records.
• Set up new client accounts in internal software systems.
• Process and submit forms to partner and contract organizations.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and payment collection activities.
• Maintain updated and accurate client and project information.
• Perform scanning, copying, filing, and general administrative support tasks.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with accuracy.
• Assist in reviewing updates, documentation, and departmental materials.
• Support supervisors with additional administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative or data entry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn internal systems and processes quickly.
• Must be able to pass a CJIS background check.
