Job Description:

• Build and Govern Warehouse, Field and Call Center Warranty and Aftersales Operations.
• Ensure speedy and timely resolution of Customer warranty claims
• Conduct Service audits and Monitor & reduce warranty claim leakages.
• Engage and Onboard Authorized service providers
• Plan and manage warranty Operations and Manpower cost
