Hiring Sales Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan.
• Design, plan, and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and other collaborators   to enhance business partnerships.
• Resolve customer complaints
• Liaison between customers and the rest of the team
• Keeping track of competitor

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven Experience in the Dubai real estate industry
• Off-plan and brokerage firm experience
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai Off plan real estate market
• Bachelor’s Degree in field
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Strong personality and a can-do attitude
• Knowledge of the rules and regulations and current pricing of the real estate industry in Dubai
• Fluent English
