Job Overview:

As our Trade Marketing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping Notions Group’s success by planning, implementing, and managing trade marketing programs that align with our commercial objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to execute impactful initiatives across key trade channels and the factory outlet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective trade marketing plans.
  • Create compelling promotional campaigns to support product launches and boost brand awareness.
  • Execute in-store promotions and merchandising strategies for increased visibility.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing programs and ROI.
  • Build strong relationships with key trade partners for optimal placement and execution.
  • Stay ahead of market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure all activities align with brand guidelines and sales objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights to drive product and promotion strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5+ years of trade marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.

  • Budget management experience.
