Hiring Corporate Sales Leader

With salary up to 10K AED depending on experience and qualifications, plus monthly commissions

One of the largest pizza chains globally

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Corporate Sales Department and lead the recruitment and training of corporate sales representatives.
• Set and achieve the sales target for corporate accounts.
• Manage the production and distribution of in-store marketing materials and coordinate with marketing team to align Corporate Sales Department’s sales strategies to the company’s objectives.
• Report on sales performance metrics and insights to senior management.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with corporate clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably from F&B or QSR industry
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Must be knowkedgable of local store marketing tactics and strategies
• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage
