Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
• Perform duties related to the assigned role while maintaining company service standards.

• Maintain cleanliness, professionalism, and compliance with food safety and hospitality standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold high-quality service.
Requirements:
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Professional attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant experience for the position being applied for.
• WSET Certification is mandatory for the Sommelier position.
