Role Overview:
As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supervising our floor operations to ensure that our high standards of service are consistently upheld. Your responsibilities will include overseeing staff performance, ensuring the effective roll-out of management directives, and stepping into sections during peak times to guarantee smooth service operations. Your commitment to excellence will be reflected in the end-of-day and closing reports you submit, encapsulating the day’s achievements and areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the floor staff and oversee the daily operations of the bar.
- Ensure that all service standards, safety regulations, and company policies are met consistently.
- Act as a key player during peak business times, taking over sections as necessary to maintain service quality.
- Implement management’s directives and strategies effectively on the floor.
- Compile and submit detailed end-of-day and closing reports, providing insights and feedback.
- Dynamic management of service charge and tips, ensuring fair distribution among staff.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in bars or nightlife venues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for maintaining high service standards.
- Ability to work flexibly during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidate must currently be in the UAE.
