Our prestigious client in Dubai, a leading Solar EPC Company, at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Manager, Pre-Sales Technical in our rapidly growing solar energy company.

Role Overview:

As the Manager, Pre-Sales Technical, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support throughout the pre-sales process. You will work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solar energy solutions, and deliver compelling proposals that meet both technical and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and develop technical solutions that align with their requirements.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate the suitability of solar energy systems for potential projects.
  • Design and engineer solar PV systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals, including system layouts, equipment specifications, energy production estimates, and financial analysis.
  • Present technical solutions to customers, addressing their questions and concerns to build confidence and trust in our offerings.
  • Support the sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations, providing technical insights and recommendations as needed.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to continuously improve our offerings and maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or a similar role within the solar energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, including design principles, components, and installation practices.
  • Proficiency in solar energy simulation software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope) and CAD tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mind-set and a passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
