Hiring Tender and Vendor Coordinator (With UAE Visa Holder preferable)

Job Description

• Develops the bid and tender preparation strategy in accordance with Line Manager’s instructions
• Prepares initial tender documentation and coordinate obtaining the required documentation from the various department involved, .etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economy, Professional education in Purchasing, or equivalent
• Experience in Tender processes – RFI’s, RFQ’s and RFP’s
• Procurement Contracting skills
• Strong knowledge of business practices and legal processes
• Demonstrated ability to perform independently with minimal supervision
• Fluency in spoken English Language
