Hiring Store Manager (Retail)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job type: Full Time

Job responsibility:

• Manage a team of Assistant Store Managers*, Supervisors and Sales Associates.
• Set daily targets for the team and ensure that it is achieved consistently by maintaining efficient store operation.
• Persistently achieve store targets in terms of Turnover, Margin Volume, Shrinkage and Safe Operations
• Conduct trainings to make the Supervisors autonomous in management of store
• Complete analysis of the seasonal sales and forecasting for the better future based on historical data, trend analysis, seasonal change, etc.
• Check the compliance of merchandise flow procedures (Direct orders, Defectives, Internal Consumption, Discounts, Legal, Markdown, Recall).
• Manage the P&L and regulate the expenditure by prioritizing actions
• Conduct monthly debriefs of supervisors to discuss performance of business and self
• Support the the HR team to recruit right profiles to fulfil requirements of the store
• Focus on analyzing and debriefing about the inventory results with actions to decrease shrinkage/pilferage
• Propose the yearly budget for the store every financial year with focus on revenue and expenditure
• Conduct regular store audits with the team to ensure excellent customer shopping experience.
• Continually optimize the processes and develop customer service productivity (Front desk management, Handling of Merchandise/Stock and Fixtures and Customer checkout efficiency and more)
