As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Requirement:
- Greet and Welcome Guest: Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant, providing a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Manage Reservation: Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking arrangements.
- Seating Assignment: Organize seating arrangements for guests according to reservation schedules and restaurant capacity, optimizing table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Provide Information: Offer detailed information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to guests, assisting them in making informed dining choices.
- Coordinating with Staff: Communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery, addressing any guest concerns or special requests promptly.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Maintain a tidy reception area, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness at all times to uphold the restaurant’s image and standards.
- Handle Payments: Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems and adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Assist with Administrative task: Provide administrative support to restaurant management as needed, including managing guest feedback, handling inquiries, and performing other duties as assigned.
