We are seeking a motivated and innovative Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, maintaining our competitive edge.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize sales activities with team coordination.
- Manage and expand the customer portfolio.
- Develop strong relationships and negotiate with strategic customers.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Manage sales documentation and respond to public tenders.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, budgets, and sales forecasts.
- Lead commercial and contract negotiations.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Proven sales management track record.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience, especially in the leisure and events market.
- Strong motivation and passion for sales.
- Ability to lead the sales process from planning to closing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Fluent in English; Arabic and Italian are a plus.
- Technical background is a plus.
