Description:

1004 Gourmet is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Purchasing Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in procurement, inventory management, supplier coordination, and administrative operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, maintaining stock levels, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring efficient inventory control. Candidates who have experience in the supermarket or retail sector will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchasing and procurement activities for the organization.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain quotations and negotiate favorable terms.

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.

• Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and supplier records.

• Track deliveries and ensure purchased items are received according to requirements.

• Support administrative functions related to procurement and operations.

• Assist in implementing effective stock control procedures.

• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in purchasing and procurement operations.

• Strong knowledge of stock control and inventory management practices.

• Experience negotiating and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

• Experience in the supermarket or retail industry is an advantage.
