Arabian Industries LLC is currently looking for a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals who possess strong administrative capabilities, knowledge of human resource processes, and a commitment to maintaining efficient employee support functions.
The successful candidate will assist with day-to-day HR operations, employee records management, recruitment coordination, and administrative activities. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic organization while contributing to employee engagement and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily human resources and administrative operations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
• Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and employee-related documents.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and document management.
• Assist in onboarding and employee administration processes.
• Support compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR, administration, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employee records management.
• Experience supporting recruitment and hiring activities.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
