Description:
Crossover, in partnership with Alpha School, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Student Records Specialist to support the accurate management of large-scale student data across a growing multi-campus education network. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in structured, process-driven environments and take pride in maintaining precise and compliant records.
The position focuses on ensuring that student enrollment files, academic records, attendance data, and compliance documentation remain accurate, complete, and audit-ready. As Alpha School expands its innovative education model, this role plays a critical part in supporting scalable operations through strong data integrity and administrative discipline.
The ideal candidate is methodical, independent, and highly organized, with the ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining exceptional accuracy and consistency across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review enrollment and intake documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance readiness.
• Manage student records including transcripts, medical files, attendance data, and enrollment documentation.
• Input, update, and audit student data in SIS platforms, CRMs, and internal databases.
• Track missing or incomplete documentation and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support registrar operations including attendance tracking, testing coordination, and file organization.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple systems and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Assist in processing records requests and administrative documentation.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in student records and databases.
Requirements:
• Experience handling high-volume administrative or data entry workflows.
• Strong ability to maintain accuracy in documentation and record systems.
• Experience working with databases, CRMs, SIS platforms, or similar systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong written communication and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
