Elister Med is currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office In-Charge to join its growing team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling front office activities, communicating with prospective and existing clients, converting leads into appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Candidates with strong communication abilities and multilingual skills will have an advantage in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily front office and reception operations efficiently.

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.

• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into appointments or customers.

• Welcome visitors and patients while ensuring a positive experience.

• Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and inquiries.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.

• Respond to customer questions and provide relevant information about services.

• Support administrative and operational activities as required.

Requirements:
