Elister Med is currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office In-Charge to join its growing team in Dubai. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, managing front desk operations, and creating positive client experiences in a healthcare environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for handling front office activities, communicating with prospective and existing clients, converting leads into appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. Candidates with strong communication abilities and multilingual skills will have an advantage in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily front office and reception operations efficiently.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into appointments or customers.
• Welcome visitors and patients while ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, customer interactions, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
• Respond to customer questions and provide relevant information about services.

Requirements:
