The Executive Assistant II will play a critical role in supporting senior executives by managing complex schedules, communications, and administrative priorities. The ideal candidate will act as a key support partner to leadership, ensuring operational efficiency, smooth communication flow, and effective coordination of executive-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Prepare presentations, reports, speeches, and professional communications
• Draft, review, and prioritize emails while managing follow-ups and responses
• Support meeting preparation, agenda creation, and documentation of action items
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
• Maintain accurate expense reporting and budget tracking for executives
• Organize internal meetings, events, and off-site activities
• Assist recruitment coordination and onboarding activities when required
• Manage documentation, reports, and executive-level administrative tasks
• Provide backup support to other Executive Assistants as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of:
