Description:
A leading luxury fashion brand in Dubai is seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the Founder. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can efficiently manage executive schedules, communications, projects, and day-to-day business priorities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth executive operations while supporting business initiatives, events, brand activities, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Founder.
• Handle executive correspondence, emails, and day-to-day communications.
• Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business documentation.
• Coordinate projects, deadlines, action items, and follow-up activities.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, business partners, and external stakeholders.
• Assist with event planning, product launches, activations, photoshoots, and business engagements.
• Conduct research and support operational and administrative initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive business information.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to leadership.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, or similar position.
• Previous experience supporting Founders, CEOs, Directors, or Senior Executives is essential.
• Prior experience within luxury fashion, fashion retail, lifestyle, beauty, hospitality, creative industries, or premium consumer brands is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Applicants must currently be based in the UAE and possess prior UAE work experience.
