Zoya Developments is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National female candidate for the position of CRM Executive. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with experience in customer relationship management, lead handling, and coordination within a fast-paced business environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing CRM activities, maintaining lead records, supporting customer engagement processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams. Candidates with real estate industry experience and strong Excel skills are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage CRM activities and maintain accurate customer and lead records.
• Monitor and update lead information to support sales and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective follow-up and communication.
• Prepare reports and maintain CRM-related data using Microsoft Excel.
• Support continuous improvement of customer relationship management processes.
Requirements:
• UAE National female candidates only.
• 2–4 years of experience in CRM-related roles.
• Real estate experience is preferred.
