A Dubai-based Forex CFD company is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide professional assistance to clients and support daily customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Forex CFD industry and strong communication skills.
The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, assist with trading platform-related concerns, and ensure a smooth client experience. Candidates with knowledge of trading platforms, strong English and Hindi communication skills, and UAE industry experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
