Job Description:
- As a Custom Clearance Executive, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our supply chain. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Handle customs clearance procedures for import and export shipments
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, and government agencies to expedite clearance processes
- Resolve any customs-related issues or discrepancies efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customs clearance activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven experience in customs clearance and import/export procedures
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (Dubai Trade, E Marsal 1 and 2 customs clearance software, MS Office)
