Thomsun Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Hard Services to lead facilities management operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing hard services within Facilities Management companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical operations across multiple sites, ensuring efficient service delivery, and leading engineering teams. Applicants should possess strong expertise in MEP and HVAC systems, along with proven leadership skills and hands-on UAE Facilities Management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily hard services operations across multiple facilities and project sites.
• Manage technical teams to ensure efficient delivery of Facilities Management services.
• Supervise MEP and HVAC maintenance activities while maintaining operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize facility performance and service quality.
Requirements:
• 12–15+ years of experience in Facilities Management companies.
• Strong expertise in MEP, HVAC, and Hard Facilities Management operations.
• Proven experience managing multiple sites and technical teams.
• UAE Facilities Management experience is mandatory.
