Description:
Mannesmann Energy is seeking an experienced Material Controller to join its team in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry who can effectively manage material control processes and ensure the smooth flow of inventory across project operations.
The successful candidate will oversee material receiving, inspection, storage, inventory management, and stock control while working closely with procurement, warehouse, and project teams. Candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage material receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance activities.
• Maintain accurate material records, inventory reports, and stock control documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of project materials.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project teams to support operational requirements.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and resolving material discrepancies.
• Support efficient material planning and distribution across project sites.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Material Controller in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of material receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance procedures.
• Experience maintaining material records, inventory reports, and stock control systems.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with procurement, warehouse, and project teams.
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE-based candidates and immediate joiners are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of:
