New Role! Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent acquisition specialist with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees for our clients to join our HR team.

Role and Main Responsibilities:

  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Collaborating with the client to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
  • Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
  • Completing paperwork for new hires.
  • Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation (UAE & GCC countries) and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  • Attend recruitment events as and when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Experience with recruitment processes and databases 4+ years.
  • Languages: Russian- advanced, English – advanced
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
