Description:

Service manager is responsible of maintaining the SLA;

Own the reporting and provide visibility to the health of the operations;

Responsible of maintaining the processes & run books, and overall maintenance of ITSM tool set.

ITIL framework and excellent understanding of various ITIL processes

Networks.

In depth knowledge of market-leading Systems technology – #OS, #Database, #Applications.

ITIL Foundation Certification

ITIL intermediate / Expert will be an added advantage.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Ability to plan and manage own work

Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, understand priorities, constraints and problem escalation

Capability to learn, grasp concepts and execute, through training, self-learning and interaction with colleagues

Clear and effective verbal and written communication with users, peers and management

Customer support mindset

Ability to deal with change and conflict

Have experience practicing Service Manager for a large enterprise (Preferably for a Global Event)
