Description:
We are urgently looking for an experience HR Business Partner for Dubai UAE (Preferably Arab Nationality).
Minimum 10+ years of work experience preferably at least 5+ years HR experience in the UAE. Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field. Additional HR Certification or related training courses (CIPD) is preferred.
Experience in Setting in Human Resources standards, policies, procedures and services to attract and retain high qualified employees for the business. Managing all day to day human resources activities such as administration, grievances, performance management, talent acquisition, training and development and other HR Functions.
Skills- Proven knowledge and experience and knowledge in managing Human Resources functions strategically and operational / hands-on, Advanced analytical and decision -making skills, advanced presentation and communication skills in English and Arabic
Experience in implementation of ERP System (Oracle preferred) for HR Module, in depth knowledge of the applicable laws, rules and regulations.
