Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete 360-degree recruitment process from business development to candidate placement.
• Source, screen, interview, and place high-quality candidates across multiple roles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and provide professional recruitment guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve recruitment targets while delivering an excellent client and candidate experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in agency recruitment.
• Hands-on experience managing the full 360 recruitment cycle.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven record of achieving recruitment targets.
• UAE recruitment experience is preferred.
• British candidates are preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Talent acquisition and candidate sourcing.
• Client relationship management.
• Recruitment lifecycle and interview coordination.
