Description:
SAMCOM is urgently seeking a dynamic, organized, and motivated HR Coordinator to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for HR professionals who are passionate about employee engagement, recruitment coordination, and supporting daily human resource operations within a professional work environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, coordinating HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The position requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who are available for immediate joining and are looking to grow their career within the human resources field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment, candidate coordination, and onboarding activities
• Maintain employee records, files, and HR documentation
• Coordinate employee relations activities and HR programs
• Support payroll processing and attendance management functions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HR guidelines
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and administrative records
• Coordinate communication between employees and management when required
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous HR experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage confidential employee information professionally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must be available for immediate joining
• Arab nationality only
• Strong knowledge of:

Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
