Square Yards UAE is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive specializing in Talent Acquisition to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about recruitment, talent sourcing, and building strong professional relationships with candidates. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company’s hiring objectives by managing recruitment activities and assisting in onboarding new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to final hiring decisions.

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels and platforms.

• Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments to evaluate suitability for open positions.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

• Maintain and update job postings across multiple job portals and recruitment platforms.

• Support onboarding activities to help new employees transition successfully into the organization.

• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.

• Practical experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukrigulf, and similar job portals.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment assignments simultaneously.
