Gargash Group is looking for an experienced Information Technology Service Desk Analyst to join their team in Dubai. In this role you will provide an effective and professional IT support service to the company, staff and clients in accordance with the needs of business. Provide first line support for incident resolution, to maintain a record of all requests for assistance in the call logging system, to ensure all calls are responded to within a timely manner and to take ownership of user problems.
