EXPERIENCE: Carries out various duties in relation to the companies learning, career development and talent management strategies, policies, procedures and programs. This includes career progression and development processes, design and delivery of training programs, organizing internship programs etc.
The successful candidate will participate, deliver and develop a range of programs and duties across the talent management function. He/she should be an excellent communicator and be able to convincingly transfer knowledge and skills to a wider target audience
