Hiring Scrum Master

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Experience in Software Products / IT Development sphere (Financial preferred)

Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks (#Scrum, #Kanban, #XP, #SAFe)

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire a thorough understanding of the products supported/ developed by the team.
• Deliver training, coaching, and mentoring on #agile methodologies to individuals and the team, enabling them to self-manage effectively.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies for teams, ensuring adherence to appropriate processes for desired business outcomes.
• Support teams in mastering the art of story writing.
• Serve as the team’s Safeguard, removing obstacles and impediments that hinder their progress.
• Assist the team in continuously enhancing their velocity, lead/ cycle time, quality, and overall process.
• Collaborate with the business and product owners to prepare product backlogs and prioritize tasks to deliver early business value.
